Hudsons Property are an Estate Agents based in Central London and are the go-to experts when it comes to buying, selling, lettings or property management in London’s West End.

MintTwist came on board to help drive the SEO and organic traffic forwards for the website after a long period of stagnation.

The mission

The main focus for the SEO project was to increase First Page rankings for the highly relevant search terms in order to drive high-quality, engaged organic traffic to the Hudsons’ website.

A secondary objective was to create awareness of the brand and to increase enquiries for the other services they have to offer.

SEO strategy

Using Keyword research for the relevant search terms was essential to identify organic ranking opportunities for Hudsons.

Focusing mainly on creating and optimising content to increase rankings for a specific keyword set, seeing the success of this we are now putting our efforts on another keyword set.

Reviewing and refreshing our keyword research every six months enables us to refocus our strategy, directing us towards new organic search opportunities for Hudsons.

Organic traffic

The first six months of the project saw extremely strong results from the SEO strategy that was implemented by the MintTwist team.

Organic sessions to Hudsons Property have seen a significant increase month on month. This will continue to increase as we continue focusing the strategy in other areas of opportunity for organic search, creating and optimising content around specific keywords.

Organic search rankings

One of the core KPIs that we regularly monitor and report on is Keyword Ranking and Distribution.

The aim is to rank on the 1st page of Google for as many relevant keywords as possible. Since we began working together, Hudson’s core rankings have gradually been moving towards the first page.

Constantly reviewing keywords that are currently ranking on the 2nd and 3rd pages of Google, enables us to create more supporting content for these keywords.

By building up Hudsons’ authority around these search terms makes them more likely to rank and remain on the first page.

The results

Hudsons provide us with a detailed report on a monthly basis which gives us the data on all the enquiries they receive through the website. We can then cross check this with our Analytics goals report to cross check the results each month and verify where leads originated from.

As significant, high quality traffic is now being driven to the website, moving forwards and working more closely with Hudsons to optimise the website for conversion and focus on increasing 1st Page Rankings for even more keywords.
