How we’re working in the time of covid-19

MintTwist has always been fortunate enough to have the facilities and tools in place that allow our teams to work remotely so, thankfully, the transition during the national Covid-19 lockdown to full remote working was relatively easy for us.

Of course, the health and wellbeing of our teams, as well as our clients, is of paramount importance to us, which is why we took the decision to close our office and switch to full remote working early on.

We’ve since moved to a new location in Liverpool Street, whilst largely remaining closed to staff and visitors to help minimise the risk of spreading the virus.

As the vaccine rollout has continued, and the most recent lockdown has lifted, our offices are now available for use with strict covid-safe protocols in place for both staff and visitors, including a requirement for face coverings and an officewide capacity limit.

If you are an existing client and require any support, please reach out as normal to your main contact at MintTwist. If you are looking to get a project off the ground, of course we’d love to hear from you, so do get in touch with us here, or give us a call on our normal number at 020 3597 3777.

A few notes:

  • MintTwist’s operating hours are 09:00-17:30, as normal
  • Our phone number is unchanged; you can reach us on +44 (0)20 3597 3777
  • Whilst our office has reopened for occasional use, we’re still largely working from home
  • We’re continuing to use Zoom in lieu of many face-to-face meetings, but we’re set up to use many other systems

Going through challenging things can teach you a lot, and they also make you appreciate the times that aren’t so challenging.
