PR and Marketing Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious PR and marketing executive to join our fast growing marketing team.

The role focuses on managing our day-to-day marketing activity and supporting the PR and Marketing manager. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the marketing mix.

You will be involved in a wide-range of activity, from managing the website to writing marketing copy to managing our Instagram account. You will have autonomy to manage activities such as promoting workshops, sending email campaigns and raising our profile on LinkedIn.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that wants to work within an agency and develop their marketing skills. We believe in nurturing people and their talent and our main aim will be to help you become a well-rounded marketing professional.


Campaign support including creating target lists and working with internal creative teams
Promoting and supporting events
Creating and managing email campaigns
Managing the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn presence
Contributing to our digital ideas blog
Assist in creating presentations for internal and external communications
Preparing monthly marketing reports
Creatively develop offline campaigns
Broad understanding of PR
Experience with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Marketing degree or qualification preferred
Placement year or some internships within a varied marketing role preferable


High attention to detail and excellent literacy
Organised and able to work to tight deadlines and priorities workloads
Good analytic skills – able to compile data from a variety of sources
Good problem solving skills

Well organised and self-motivated
A flexible, can-do attitude and approach to working
You must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
