We are looking for a fun enthusiastic office manager/marketer who is well organised, proactive with good attention to detail.
MintTwist has a relaxed atmosphere but is an extremely busy agency. We are looking for an individual who can help keep the agency running by attending to the smaller details that help make a great workspace
Responsibilities and duties will include
Greeting clients into the office
Answering office phone and transferring calls to the correct team member
Managing room calendars
Planning and organising office events (e.g. summer/Christmas parties)
Organising MintTwist Workshops
Ordering office stationery/supplies
Receiving/sorting and posting office mail
Liaising with office suppliers
Ensuring office space is tidy and well-stocked
Assisting with MintTwist social media
Managing MintTwist blog calendar
Assist the marketing team with client campaigns
Desirable skills and qualifications
This position would be suited for a marketing graduate or someone who is passionate about marketing who is eager to prove themselves and juggle a busy role of both office organisation and marketing.
The ideal candidate should have good organisation skills, as they will be required to help streamline some of the office processes.
The person should also be proactive in ensuring the office is running smoothly and identifying any new processes that should be put in place.
