Client Background

Rude Chalet offer skiers and general activity mad customers fully catered winter and summer chalet accommodation in the beautiful town of Morzine. The company began offline and eventually set-up a website that provided users with company information and an enquiries facility to cut-down on the volume of telephone enquiries they were experiencing.

The Brief

Based on the success of the existing website and a desire to improve back office efficiency, Rude Chalets wanted to incorporate an online booking and reservation facility and customer and property database system into their existing website.
