We Rent Flats project overview

We Rent Flats is an rental agency working on a sole agency basis with one the largest private rental landlords in London. Properties are not listed on the open market, giving prospective tenants and buyers an exclusive look at properties.

We Rent Flats were looking to completely redesign their website, with a view to improving usability and visibility. Their website was perceived as old, untidy and difficult to update.

MintTwist provided a bold new look for the company, taking on board the colour scheme and brand, and enhancing it for the target audience.

Nobody knows more about how stressful finding a rental property in London can be than We Rent Flats, and their ethos is to take away as much of that stress as possible. Part of MintTwist's brief was to reflet that in the new website design, with a clean and airy feel, and with an obvious flow making everything easy to find for both casual visitors and those on a mission.

The website is now perceived as modern and clean, easy to use and update, and much more representative of the We Rent Flats brand.
