Rude Chalets project overview

Based on the success of the existing website and a desire to improve back-office efficiency, Rude Chalets wanted to incorporate an online booking and reservation facility and customer and property database system into their existing website.

MintTwist developed a fully fledged online chalet booking system including online payments and group bookings. Rude Chalets now provides a more efficient service as bookings, enquiries and payments are now centralised and tracked. The database has given them the means to speak directly to their clients offering targeted deals and information. The RudeChalets admin team's day-to-day work has been transformed and they are now able to concentrate on other areas of the business.
