Now Then Records project overview

MintTwist were incredibly happy to work with a new, up-and-coming record label focusing on dance and house music, based in London.

MintTwist were given the task of designing a building a new site from scratch. The brief was to be fun and bold, but professional and clear with the design.

Now Then Records were clear from the beginning that they aim to grow into an authority for the London dance scene, and that they want the website to reflect that. MintTwist worked with the label to come up with a design that speaks best to their dynamic audience.

The website also had to cater for individual artists on the Now Then label, with playable music and news articles. MintTwist built a music player that works without plugins, for a truly cross-platform experience. Visitors have the opportunity to buy music and merchandise from the store, all of which is running on a bespoke MintTwist content management system.

The design is prrceived as colourful and sharp, but also smart and professional without being boring.
