AS Watson Group project overview

AS Watson Group is the world's largest health and beauty retailer, and the largest perfumery and cosmetics retailer in Europe. It opearates a number of well-known brands such as Superdrug, Savers, Marionnaud, ICI Paris XL and the Perfume Shop.

MintTwist designed and developed a new HR intranet for the Group so HR teams across Europe could connect and collaborate more effectively.

The new system includes:

• a file management system where users can create folders for themselves, groups and business units, and import a wide range of files to share with colleagues
• a searchable personnel directory
• ability to "follow" colleagues and receive status updates from them
• create project groups to collaborate and share information, knowledge and best practice
• news feeds so teams across Europe can keep-up-to-date with the latest internal AS Watson and external news
