Being an experienced individual, I'm sure that you don't need me to tell you what is required of an SEO professional.  To help differentiate the candidates, we will be looking for answers to the following questions:

Internships

Everyone has to start somewhere. At MintTwist, we like to help people get started in their web careers and we are pleased to offer internships in four areas:

• Design
• Development
• SEO and social media
• Sales, marketing and project management

Our aim is to give you “real-world” experience and help you achieve your learning goals.

What we look for and what to expect

• Design
  Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. You will be working closely with our web designers and project managers to deliver graphics and designs for new and existing client projects.
• Development
  Good working knowledge of Dreamweaver and an understanding of Photoshop. You will be working with the developers to create HTML for sites and assist them in the building of more complex systems.
• SEO and social media
  Good working knowledge of MS Office and organisations skills. You will be working closely with the web marketing and operations team on new and existing clients.
• Sales, marketing and project management
  Good working knowledge of MS Office, pleasant phone manner and an ability to organise. You will be talking to and meeting clients, as well as working with the operations and web marketing teams.

Above all, we are looking for interns that are passionate about the web and want to show us this.
